Nothing to do when install interrupted

When install is interrupted (for me because of wifi powerdown) you can't install that title anymore.

it was %60 downloaded when it's interrupted.

now i can't install same game anymore. it gives me error "failed to create placeholder" and then "failed to write to placeholder"

and these errors go on like that forever.
