Add a spanish translation

You can find the localisation files in PiSleepTalk/frontend/locales/.

Hi

I'm translating to Spanish now, put I can't make push with my new branch because I have no permissions.

I want to help and push my translations, can you give me permissions to do that?

Hello @wolmi. I was also working on the translation into Spanish when you uploaded yours. So, I have reviewed. It is fine, but there are some errors. I have changed it.
