PlayStation Mobile related packages removed from Sony CDN.

Recently; Sony has removed all PlayStation Mobile related packages from their CDN (zeus.dl.playstation.net / ares.dl.playstation.net)

a couple of files, are still accessible via any domain using akamai cdn instead of limelight, however the vast majorty of PKGs are gone from the servers,

a backup of most of the contents exists on psmreborn.com and other sources, however after some contact with NoPayStation team it seems their reluctant to link to a non-sony source for these packages.

it might be a good idea to change the source for PSM packages to a different source from NPS to like maybe the psmreborn TSV or some other source.

generally would like to hear from @blastrock what they think should be done here, and the wider community as a whole.
