Make PSP Games and DLC support fitering to installed games

Hardware: PS Vita 1000 Version of firmware: 3.65 Version of PKGj: 0.55

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Select either show PSP games or DLC
  2. Select the Show Installed Games only

Obtained result: All the games still appear installed or not. Expected result: Only the Installed Games should appear.
