I have a problem wih PKGj

I want download games, but sometimes could not download and i cant do anything only cancel it.

Could not download. (C0-11303-8)

(Attack on Titan, Borderlands 2, Bullet Girl Phantasia, Corpse Party: Blood Drive, Criminal Girls 1-2, Danganronpa, God Eater Resurrection, ...

and for patch

Could not download. (C0-10931-4)

I try other version of games but same. Sorry my English. Please help

Version of firmware: 3.68 Version of PKGj: v0.51 I have a jpn 2000 model (incase it matters) but I can't download anything in the new release. Can I please get some help. I get content failed to download. I did an internet connection test and it says my psn network sign in failed.

This problem just happened to me today and now it won't let me download games anymore.

Does anyone know what could be? I am facing this problem too. I am using sd2vita with a Kingston microSD of 256GB (tested isn't fake), It seems like the system is seeing it as 3.73GB of max size, exactly the same size of my official memory card.

All settings seem to work, and the system recognizes it as 240GB+ of free space, but when I try to install any game that exceeds 3.73GB of used space, it throws this error C0-11303-8. Any idea?
