Distinct usage of Directional buttons and Left stick
e.g. use directional buttons to scroll at normal speed use left stick to scroll faster
I think directional buttons and sticks have the same speed
Can you at least slower scrolling with directional?
You could try sharing your cellphone connection to Vita via Wi-Fi, not to download a game but only to update the list. If it works you'll know it's something in your connection.
You could also try to download a lightweight game, the smallest ones have ~10MB so it shouldn't affect too much your mobile data plan.
Also would like this. Using analog stick, the scroll is way too fast
