Allow users to add notes to or modify Kanji descriptions

It would be nice for users to be able to easily add some note/tag to Kanji (for example helpful mnemonics or etymological clues).

I've spent a fair amount of time reading kanjiportraits and it would be cool to be able to add a reminder note to those kanji that have particularly memorable etymologies.

Hi,

Thank you for the feature request. However, I don't think I will be implementing that, I want to keep user data to a minimum since it's one of the parts that take the most time to maintain, and focus on the test parts. I'll leave this open to see if there is more demand.

Ok, definitely not an essential feature for me (I just realised that I found myself searching a lot in separate notes while practicing). Thanks for a really neat piece of software!

It's not essential for me either, but I would also find very useful a way to manually add translation for meanings, like a text note to display side by side of the english one (or in place of, but with an easy way to toggle between the two, like a little button on the side or below). I'm italian. I understand english enough, but some terms are ambiguous when it comes to my language.

Also, a way to manually change readings order could make them easier to memorize in some cases.
