Underlying issue is being tracked in https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-kubernetes/issues/2321 -- note the last comment [here](https://github.com/pulumi/pulumi-kubernetes/issues/1914#issuecomment-2299917769) regarding `helm registry login` as a workaround.

Quick note - while reviewing #575 I confirmed that structured config is _somewhat_ supported although it's not obvious and may not be a viable workaround for all scenarios (particularly secrets)....

Hi @maxemann96, just to confirm you're asking out the typescript dependencies of the generated SDKs, right? The SDK is actually generated using the same logic we use for the pulumi-kubernetes...
Previews always perform `--dry-run` nowadays.
@rquitales did you have a WIP branch with some of your ideas here? If not I think we should just table this for now.
I think log 3 was the right direction. The error message could be a lot more helpful -- if you modify it to tell you the starting point it was...
