Expose file types, inclusions exclusions, commit and PR message - considerations blank file names vs directory names vs sym links

Still working on this, new idea @gblock was to include a way to pass multiple functions to operate on the files... as a result this also calls for perhaps multiple commits... as a result i will need to restructure the logic to allow for multiple synchronous commits.
