Add legacy support for older browsers

This adds legacy support for older browsers, the main use case being able to use the randomizer inside Tabletop Simulator (its running chrome 73 or smth so the page wont even load) or just simply with older browsers. I was lazy and used pnpm also the edited files were formatted with prettier (they were pretty messy ngl). If u need changes lmk or u can just adopt the PR to the requirements of this project.
