Add GE Energy language MAGIK as one of programming languages in languages.json

Hello Blake Embrey, We have project based on GE product Smallworld which is using MAGIK https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magik_(programming_language) and it would be great if you can update yours list of languages with it.
