[FR]: Add filtering of Frigate+ events within an hourly time interval

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms Based on my current model, I find object detection is more accurate during the day than at night. During the night there are less 'valid' events to submit for positive detection versus the false positives generated.

When reviewing images in the Frigate+ view, I find myself scrolling through a significant number of daytime events, to find the night time events based solely on the lighting levels.

Describe the solution you'd like Have an additional slider for filtering events based on a hourly range only (i.e., similar to the score slider filter). For example, I could review events across all days from 10 pm - 5 am.

Describe alternatives you've considered Scrolling through the events is the only option known at this time.
