Using $mod_strings whole of V3 project

Need to check using $mod_strings whole of project, because this variable is defined as "array('YAAI' => array())" but using like$mod_string [ 'KEY' ] ( correct is $mod_string[ 'YAAI' ] [ 'KEY' ])
