Popup working, but unable to save, minimize and close bugs

Open chrisdent opened this issue 12 years ago • 8 comments

Hello,

I have installed SugarCRM 6.5.2 and yaii version 2.4.1. The Asterisk connection works great. I can click to dial and I see all calls (inbound and outbound) poping up. But when I add a comment or description to the call it doesn't saves it. Also when I minimize the pop up or close it, sometimes it comes back again an so on until some time passed or I delete the call.

Is this a bug in the file controller.php? Or am I missing something?

Best regards,

I recently solved this bug. I forget if it's in the latest release on sugar forge or not. Verify you have the latest version installed. If you do, then I might need to put the latest on sugar forge.

I appreciate your prompt response.

I downloaded the latest release, that's the one giving this bug.

Thank you very much,

Hmm....

According to the release notes...

Notes: Fixes a bug where AJAX Calls prevented popups from closing.

So that sounds a lot like your problem. Thought that it was fixed. You can download a zip file of the repo (see the code tab) and it magically becomes a zip file you can upload and install as a module in sugar. My recommendation would be to try that and maybe I forgot to include something in that release... Don't have time to get too distracted from an important project i'm working on at the moment.

Is the original report of this issue...

Hello,

I downloaded the file as you said and when uploaded the it has an error:

ZIP Error(0): Status(0): Arhive(upload://blak3r-yaai-2.4.0-19-g6a833bb.zip): Directory(/var/www/vhosts/xchange.com.gt/subdomains/pruebas/httpdocs/cache/upgrades/temp/mp7ejj)

If I upload the version downloaded from SugarForge no problem, why is that?

Thanks for your help.

Maybe there is an extra directory being created in the zip. Zip it up such that the manifest.php is in the root of the zip. Also, check your php logs and see if there are any errors being reported... and also see if there are any JS errors in the browser pages when you try and save.

Found the issue. If I login with the spanish language it has the issue. If I login with english, works ok. Any idea?

Well it hasn't been translated that's for sure. I think Russian and English. Can't you find all the language files and translate them? I don't really know why that would affect saving calls but it probably creates errors somewhere.

Are you a developer?
