No calls in Call Module & no PopUps for incoming-outgoing calls

Hello,

I have instaled the module following the manual at: https://github.com/AlertusTechnologiesLLC/yaai/wiki/User-Manual

I have SuiteCRM 7.2.1 (Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001)) & Asterisk 1.8.20.0

Click to Dial is working but no popups or call records on Calls Module.

I have the following outpouts to asterisklogger & asteriskLog

Does it need any modification to extensions.conf on asterisk for this to work?
