Must be logged in to FreePBX before FOP2 button works

I need to first login to Free PBX before I can get to /fop2

In otherwords, I can't go directly to /fop2?exten=52&pass=mypass

But, if I login to the web interface first and then try to go to that url it works, did you do any special configuration in free pbx to enable that.
