New Config Options for V3 Release

Updating the configuration page in yaai is kind of a pain... so chime in here if i'm missing any config options. Gonna do them all at once.

FOP2

1. fop master password - when set users don't have to specify their fop extension / password.

UI

1. hide block call
2. hide FOP button
3. Show classic transfer button
4. Max Number of Call Popups to show
5. Time before call popups disappear
6. Filter calls that are "Ringing" (Filtered Call States)
7. Call Window Height - will be useful if we let custom fields get displayed in them.

Phone Matching

1. Match X Digits - default value of 8... used to specify the number of digits that have to match at the end of the phone number. Having this will make it work out of the box more for people in foreign countries that have 8 digits for local calls... 10 digits for long distance etc. (basically it's an alternative to setting the call prefix options
