Runtime message passing between server and components

Similar to remix actions where frontend code can fetch data from a server-side "action".

What about messages from server to components? Might need to be a follow-up issue. Not crazy about setting up websockets for every component. Look into SSE?

htmx might be helpful for this or something else that achieves a similar goal
