package lsp-mode-booster in melpa

Have you ever considered moving the advice content to a package for easy install/setup? that would make simpler to configured in lsp-mode and maybe we could ship it in doom-emacs and related for easier spread this package.

I was wondering that as well. I am currently working on heavily modifying the elisp for lsp-booster. It will be much more convenient for users if it was on melpa. I noticed that the eglot-lsp-booster emacs package is on melpa. It would be very similar to that.

FYI, this PR will do the following:

  1. If lsp-booster is not installed, the appropriate binary will be downloaded from releases and installed (locally or remotely)
  2. lsp-booster will work over tramp
  3. Provide some additional configuration options that will be helpful.

Nope, not yet. I'd probably want a better implementation before doing that.
