Improve the video quality

I want to improve the video quality, how do I do it? I'm new here, and I look in the documentation I can't figure out how to do it

Environment Node.js: 15.3.0 React Native version: 0.63.2 iOS 14.0 and Android

Do you have a little more information you could provide? Twilio has some documentation here:
