add pinyin sort title for Chinese media library

This script is used to generate pinyin initials as sort title for Chinese movie, show, artist, album, and also collection. It makes much easier to search in large media library. The same approach could be adopted for Non-Latin languages.

It's tested in both command line and Tautulli script notification.
