[Request] Tautulli watch status to Plex

Match all Tautulli users history to the corresponding Plex server and it's users.

To be used in the off chance that the Plex DB is corrupted or lost. Use Tautulli as a back up.

Either an extension to sync_watch_status.py or a separate script all together.

Maybe something that acts like a diff check between Tautulli and Plex. The /reporting/watched_percentage.py show this diff in the a chart or percent but doesn't provide a detailed list of what is different between the two records. The end goal being push Tautulli history onto Plex.
