Hi, I am facing an issue with Elasticsearch - out of memory, i am using Azure VM so it is very helpful for me to know minimum hardware we can run this repo.

I mean you can run it in Azure but it won't run great. That requires nested virtualization so it's more of a non-cloud thing unless you get a dedicated box which is starting to be offered now. Otherwise you can run this at the very least with like 16 GB of ram and 4x vcpus and 50 GB. That would be about as low as I would go.
