New feature: Create a private SDK given a DSC

I've added `ipsw class-dump --headers` that get's close to achieving this. I'd be curious what you think and if the output needs to be tweaked.

@pwmoore wrt tbd I noticed that too and fixed in 1 or 2 releases back. Can you try that (if you haven't already?) I was also thinking about auto-generating XCFrameworks....

I think is essentially possible now with `ipsw class-dump DSC DYLIB --deps` it wouldn't create folders for EVERY dylib in the DSC so it'd have to be ran for all...

Error in get_signify

So it looks like a bug in github.com/jdval/signify, I added a catch all except to at least not crash the whole plugin. You have vvvvvvery interesting files sir 🤔 😉...
