Use the Task Collector modal to get completion status

This is based on (includes) PR #1047 (which fixes task rendering), and is an incremental change to use the Task Collector modal when completing an item.

This is a suggestion / example of what could work very simply.

Calm down! it isn't there yet. :-P Just an idea.

There is some difference between how Task Collector marks tasks as done and how dataview does (they are compatible, but not identical).

So I'm not sure which is the best way (if dataview should use TC's modal, or if TC should try to override dataview's hook).

I usually prefer DV for viewing my tasks. I'll restart my investigation of sprint planning using tasks 👀
