After exiting hwatch cursor disappears (on Windows)

After exiting hwatch the cursor in terminal becomes invisible (but functional).

Tested in Windows Terminal, Windows Command Prompt and Wezterm.

The issue can be worked around by running tput reset from the terminal.

HWatch version 0.3.19.
