Gifs' speed increased when trying to play story again

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the stories with .gif item.
  2. Swipe to gif story.
  3. Press back to previous story.
  4. Open gif story again => Story play speed is probably x2 now.
  5. You can do it again and gif speed will be increased again.

PS: Also noticed, that gifs and images aren't being loaded at flutter dev channel. Spinner is being showed forever. Switched to stable channel worked for me.
