Im using video taken in my iphone which is in .MOV format, whereas its not playing and comes up the below error

how'd you get videos playing in the first place? im having quite a bit of trouble with that; the controller instance isn't recognised.

Hello team, same issue in this library. in my ios device, I picked a video in .mov format in the gallery but it is not working. I picked a video in .mp4 it is working fine. any update on this issue? I am stuck with this issue for a long time.

really very bad support, no update on this issue, many users facing this issue form more than 1 year, they have the new versions but no fix on this issue, also no reply
