Modal Doesn't Show as a Pop-Up on Akkoma

Akkoma-fe is the frontend to Akkoma, a fediverse server software. When opening the right-click borescope on akkoma instances (for example, coral castle) the borescope's modal shows up at the bottom of the page instead of as a popup.
