Required a pre build docker binary

Can you please share a docker build image directly, as many of us are getting multiple errors in compiling the build due to several dependencies.

Hi,

I had the same problem:

 => ERROR [ 4/16] RUN apt-get install -y locales locales-all

And this problem occur with "apt-get -y install libmysqlclient-dev" too
