Would you use these few steps to create a Maven repo ?

Hi, thanks a lot for your work ! I think it would be great if we could use a Maven repo for SVG Salamander, and I've read that you have some trouble making it the right way. Now that you moved your project to Github, maybe you could follow these few steps that would make it available ?

Note that, as of this year, Github itself supports maven publishing. The newest answer in the linked StackOverflow page mentions this.

So there is no hack needed any more.
