Issues w/ 2.1.0-related Wiki pages

1. There are 4 pages specifically related to the 2.1.0 release and it was a bit confusing trying to figure out which order to look at them at, especially since there's some significant overlap/repetitiveness amongst all of them. I propose reducing these to 1, maybe 2 pages max - one for the overall instructions and one for just the CRD examples.

2. https://github.com/blackducksoftware/opssight-connector/wiki/2.1.0-Home: the instructions for installing opssight-connector and the hubs don't work. For example running "curl https://github.com/blackducksoftware/opssight-connector/blob/master/install/connector.yaml | oc create -f -" gave me the following error: "error: error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: line 9: mapping values are not allowed in this context".

3. https://github.com/blackducksoftware/opssight-connector/wiki/2.1.0-CRDs-for-the-Black-Duck-Operator: needs some updating. hubVersion should probably be changed to 5.0.0, and in the opssight-connector example. the opssight-related images should be changed to using the official names (e.g. opssight-core vs perceptor). Also the CRD looks a bit different from the one under the examples directory, just saying.
