Support iOS Full Keyboard access

When iOS14 Full Keyboard access is enabled the WunderLINQ app interface isn't usable through the wheel. If possible we should support this feature.

Still no way to override this behavior in the app. You can navigate the interface with the wheel but it's painful. Needs this to not be totally broken: https://github.com/blackboxembedded/WunderLINQ-iOS/issues/84

Full Keyboard Access users should disable NavBar hiding to allow navigation of the WunderLINQ app.

We'll continue to monitor our options in the future.
