Install error

When install plugin from disk after installed FindBugs-IDEA plugin, error happens: Can not load plugin - Couldn't find "findbugs.xml" in plugin PluginLoader(file:/C:/Users/{xxxxx}/Android-Code-Arbiter-0.8.3.jar)

After installed FindBugs-IDEA plugin, restart your Android Studio. Try it again. If you have any question, tell me .

I have restarted android studio then install the Android-Code-Arbiter-0.8.3.jar, but still met this error.
