Lepton/Photon Style doesn't respect system accent colors on popup windows
Describe the bug
Hello,
I'm not sure if this really counts as a bug, or a feature request. Anyways, I have the Nord theme installed on my system, which gives everything a bluish color. However, popup windows such as download prompts still show the default color. I had thought this was intended until last week when I updated my Firefox to the latest version, which broke the theme and made me notice that the default Firefox theme uses my system accent colors, but Lepton/Photon doesn't. I have tried enabling userContent.page.proton_color.system_accent but it only affects colors on builtin Firefox setting pages.
Expected behavior
Make popups respect system accent colors.

Additional context
I have also noticed that the Firefox built-in popup (popups without a separate window, such as those triggered by JavaScript alert()) always doesn't follow my system accent even on the default theme. Is there a way for you to make it match up my accents as a feature?
