Retain maximized/resized window each close/launch

Maybe it's "working as intended" but I'd like for PopTracker to retain it's window state. I run PopTracker on a 3rd screen so it's maximised and easy for me to see. But each time I open PopTracker it launches non-maximised. When talking to someone else they experience the exact opposite. They run it next to their game so they don't want it maximised yet it always launches as such.

In my case changing the Windows shortcut setting seems to be overridden. If I set that to launch maximised it actually does start maximised for a milisecond and then reverses to resized.
