Add option to allow country code next to the flag

what changed?

This change adds a new prop to allow the country code to appear as a discreet field next to the flag dropdown button. This would solve Issue #518

i have tried to use countryCodeNextToFlag but looks like isn't implement yet.

@angeloreis v2.15.1 is showing up as the latest version on npm and it was released last year. Then you added v2.15.2, v2.15.13 and v2.15.14 and that too was a year ago. When will we get the latest version? I need countryCodeNextToFlag option to enable Country Code next to flag.
