samsung s7+ sm-t970n help

Stuck in a constant "permanent lock" loop - can't to factory reset, recovery mode... always boots to lock screen (Samsung will not help lol it's been 1 year of trying to make them accountable)

I can get it to EDL mode.... am a newbie at this but looking for a .elf file for this...

I am not a programmer or developer by any means, so your guidance on getting this file and how to proceed would be greatly appreciated :D

Edit: I have managed to obtain an .md5 file that seems to be for my tablet, but no clue what to do with it

Another person on another site has me using ChimeraTool to check but it won't work since it is an .md5 file... really beyond my depth here lol
