All new tutorial :)
Hey Brandon,
I basically re-did the entire tutorial. I could look over the shoulders of a few people that went trough it and brought it to a workshop where several teams of two people went trough it, too. I can say with confidence that people can follow along pretty good.
I also linked to my fork on twitter and the twitter to get more feedback and the tweet had quite a big reach. If you like the tutorial as is, we could delete your repository and then change ownership of mine so people who got the link will be redirected automatically to https://github.com/bkeepers/github-app-example.
Let me know what you think :)
I probably won't have to read through this in detail until after vacation, but first glance this looks great!
I like using glitch for this beginner tutorial. We'll need to consider what we want to do for users that have a node app that they want to run locally. Maybe we'll just have two versions of the tutorial?
I think Glitch is by far the simplest way to do it. We could add a documentation page on how to deploy probot apps on the probot website and link to there?
hey wanna merge this in and do follow up issues?
