Unsupported?

Is this library no longer supported? I've already committed to using it on a project, as it perfectly suits the need for a lightweight mapping library. But I can't help but notice that there are a lot of open issues, and the maintainer doesn't seem to have made any updates since 2020. In fact, they seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. This makes me very concerned on whether this will continue to work with future versions of jquery.
