In your description of the player module, you list the #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY-SEQUENCE tag as relevant to both Playlist type VOD & LIVE

Can you give an example of #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY-SEQUENCE usage within VOD ? E.g.

If the server outputs a single manifest VARIANT A at time=0 containing 2 #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY tags and #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY-SEQUENCE=2, whats the use case for a bitrate switch to VARIANT B containing a new value for #EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY-SEQUENCE ?
