Thai language warning text in video player is not displayed properly.
You will see that there are no vowels and tone marks on top of the Thai characters.

It looks like text is truncated, and DX9 d3dxfont interface can have issues with Thai font. Font margins can also set bad and DX9 truncates all that exceeded margins. It also can use one top / bottom margin for all characters.
