ℹ Please replace this with an explanation of the issue, including reproduction steps. We are using SwiftyStoreKit GitHub library for In App Purchase subscription. It's working fine. Some user is reporting that they are not able to purchase due to purchaseProduct returns: Unknown error.

Make sure you're logged in for store purchases using a sandbox account.

Had the same issue. In production enviornment. "Unknown error. Please contact support"

Hey guys, I have this issue but the purchase works for sandbox, it only gives this error when I use a normal apple id to purchase and not a sandbox. The app is not on the app store and it got rejected because of this issue. Has anyone found a solution?
