fix error downloading cartidges by using https

wherigo.com switched from http to https for all urls about 2 weeks ago. Since then downloads from within WhereYouGo are failing with just "error".

This needs time as major changes are needed on top of this fix to fulfill the new Google Play minimum requirements regarding targetSDK.
