The ip-list.txt contains github's ip, which makes it impossible to send requests to github when using the list in the firewall) IP: 4.225.11.194

i'm working on a list for OUTBOUND connection, the one used for now is for INCOMING request mainly since it will block all know atackers.

Is this is why login.docker.com is on the list (104.19.168.24)? So for now, you do not intend for this to be a pfblocker source?
