The aim was to keep the current design but marry it to the flat style of the godot logo and give it some personality while maximizing quality. <3 Source SVG file is included in the GUT/images folder

I like the thicker lines and the Godot log being on top of the arrows. I'm not as much of a fan of the slight rotation and the wink for this project. Since GUT isn't a "fun" tool, I'd rather the icon not have quite that much personality. It doesn't have to be boring, but you should look at it and think you can take the tool seriously.

If you'd like to make some changes that's great. Otherwise I'm going to leave this open and maybe use what you have to make some changes later on.

No should work fine. i optimized the paths for filesize and display, so there should be no visual problems even for very large or very small display. glad you like it :)

I'm dilly-dallying a bit. I think your icon is better than mine...but I like mine better (because I made it). I'm not ready to merge or close this PR yet. Just wanted to add a comment to let you know I'm still mulling this over.
