Feature Request: Chat filter by username

A search bar at the top of chat that allows people to see the last couple messages (within a channel or globally) by a particular user. Useful for large streamers, viewers of large streamers, site moderators, etc. Alternatively, it could just be a button that appears on the username click-interface (as seen in attached image). OR the messages could just be listed within that popup window so that this feature doesn't need to take up UI space when not in use .
