Action fails sometimes

For some reason the action sometimes fails for no obvious reason with the following error message:

Run bitwarden/sm-action@v2
Validating bitwarden/sm-action inputs...
Parsing secrets input
Authenticating to Bitwarden
Error: Authentication with Bitwarden failed

When I re-run the job a couple of seconds later it works again. Could it be that the secrets api is not stable and the action is running in a timeout?
