Vault domains don't support IPv6

Steps To Reproduce

1. Do a AAAA DNS record lookup for vault.bitwarden.com and vault.bitwarden.eu.
2. See that there are no AAAA records.

Expected Result

The vault domains have AAAA records and are accessible over IPv6.

Actual Result

The vault domains don't have AAAA records and are not accessible over IPv6.

Additional Context

It looks like you have changed your CDN provider for the vault domains from Cloudflare to Fastly, and you used to support IPv6 with Cloudflare. Fastly also supports IPv6, and it should be simple to enable it.[1] Could you please enable IPv6?
