bws.exe on Windows prints ANSI escape characters

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download and expand on Windows Server 2022: https://github.com/bitwarden/sdk-sm/releases/download/bws-v1.0.0/bws-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc-1.0.0.zip (0.5 also tested)
2. In either a Windows Powershell, PWSH or CMD terminal, run bws.exe.

Expected Result

Console output should be human-readable.

Actual Result

ANSI escape characters are printed all over the output. This includes getting projects or secrets (but I won't paste that here) 3. Strangely, bws.exe with either --version or --help look ok. I've tried every option for --output and --color but it's the same.

Luckily I can still parse this json in pwsh so won't affect scripting but it's an unreadable mess.
